Happy July 👋

Did you know that July is Disability Pride Month? If not, then now you do! It’s a time for bringing awareness to often-misunderstood disabilities, and campaigning for better treatment (medically and socially).
And let’s face it, most people become disabled in some way at some point, even if temporarily, or as a consequence of some chronic health condition that isn’t itself a disability, but sure is disabling. So, even if we did not care about our fellow humans, this would still be something that is ultimately relevant for all of us!

In today’s email we cover red meat, healthy joints, and walking.

Enjoy!
